Rebecca ? calls first and then transfers to male with heavy indian accent saying that legal investigation of my name and social for defaulted payday loan in December which is not true...does anyone have any information on these scum bags?

Want's my personal information, but will not tell me who they are, and why they want my personal information... I have asked them to stop calling repeatedly, but of course, that doesn't work.

You can never get through to them thats how they get your money I got duped this sucks...jerks

At least 6 times a week for the last month or so hangs up when answered. Gave up trying to call back as always got busy signal. Must be auto dialer. I'm also with optus

This company told me that I had applied for a loan in the past and with that application they had offered me a pre paid visa which I NEVER signed up for... They took $30 out of my bank account.. I called and complained and demanded a refund.. they said they would provide within 10 to 20 business days... What a freaking SCAM!! Be careful when applying for payday loans people!!!

5 different calls from 5 different canndidates.

they call this phone some time 20 or more times a day??? My boss is getting mad. They never talk or say hi or anything , its just dead air. when i call back , its just music. Nothing else? is REALLY ANNOYING!!!!!

Calls and asks for me by name and about my credit card ... hangs up when I asked "who is this ?". Guess he's not proud of who he is, or what he's doing.

I repeatedly get calls for a Modesta Macadangdang. I mean is that even a name? I tell the there are no Macadangdangs (hard to do w/o laughing) and to take my number off the list. I also have spoken several times to supervisors. A few months w/o a call went by and then BANG back to the Macadangdang calls.

Got an unexplained charge from my checking account today from this company. Of course their phone is not working. Disputing it and will not have to pay it.

I don't pick up calls srom imknown numbers with no ID. Message states that I must call this law office (no name) immediately and gives a case number. An 800 number is given for call back. I did not call back. Any reputable law office would at least give it's name and possibly the reason for calling.
